The 2013 Decibel Festival released the 2nd phase of the 2013 lineup today!  Per the press release “Second wave of artists announced for the 10th Annual Decibel Festival”:   This year we will be breaking the artist announcements up into three equal parts. The second announcement was just released today, June 4th (see list below). The third and final announcement will coming in early August along with the majority of the headliners.
