This month we welcome Portland producer Altered Space for a special 2 hour set. Altered Space is a dynamic psytrance artist known for delivering immersive, mind-bending sets.
Altered Space: Jason Dzwoniarek, or Altered Space, has loved all things psychedelic for as long as he can remember. This, and an appreciation for genres with heavy percussive elements (such as metal and punk rock) led him to discovering psytrance and falling completely in love. He fell into the scene hard immediately finding ways to become involved with local psytrance community events helping throw parties with Galaxy Unknown and the Phoenix Family, eventually graduating to doing sound production for many of the California outdoor events. He began to DJ and over the last 9 years has played alongside Ninesense, Mad Maxx, Deedrah, Chromotone, Poli, and other incredible artists. His DJ-ing and love for psytrance, the community, and events eventually grew into a desire to begin his own sonic experimentation in the studio.
