Flammable Sundays: The longest running house music weekly is found Sunday nights at Chop Suey. Come on down & see why the heads call it going to church!

This weekend at Flammable Sundays! ANDREW EMIL back from ChiTown for another Sunday sermon Flamm style!

“SEATTLE! THIS SUNDAY! —> Returning to my absolute favorite event in North America!

This will be my sixth appearance at @Flammable_Sundays — the longest-running house music weekly in North America, 32 Years Strong! — over the last decade, and I just love the new venue, @ChopSueySeattle on Capitol Hill!

I am excited to play a whole bunch of new tunes and test some fresh productions under that infamous swinging red light with the OG flamm fam @BLyons1021 and @ChangeRequest aka @_AndrewEmil_

Seattle’s music culture holds a special place in my heart and I will always have an affinity for the influential records that have been made there. During the pandemic, I made a Flammable Fantasy remix of “Nutshell” by Alice In Chains to help support Re-Bar when they were closed and needed funding as a tribute to this culture. Now, it’s yours for FREE (Link In Bio & Below)

Thank you to the homies B Lyons, @WesleyHolmes and @Dane000Garfield for always being gracious hosts!

Can’t Wait To See Ya At Church! -Andrew Emil

Andrew Emil (Change Request – Chicago): Credited with over 250+ recordings, Andrew Emil is a preeminent artist of Chicago’s 3rd wave. One of the earlier innovators of the “Jackin House” genre under the Broadway & Wilson moniker with Jeff Bloom, Andrew is never content to stay in one place or style of musical thought for very long. He is the only recording artist to do production work simultaneously for Derrick Carter’s Classic Music Company, Mark Farina’s Great Lakes Audio, Gene Farris’ Farris Wheel Recordings, and four-time GRAMMY nominee Steve “Silk” Hurley’s S&S Records.
