This December Makes Me Human presents a very special offering: a live set from world-renowned producer DoubtingThomas. Having crafted a wide array of productions, DoubtingThomas stylishly bridges electronica, deep house, ambient, minimal, and techno. His tasteful attention to musical detail and production skills landed him releases on labels as diverse as Eastenderz to Akbal Music. As the first live set featured by Makes Me Human, December’s edition promises to be a gathering of music lovers from across Seattle’s underground. On that note, we’ve brought in two talented locals representative of emerging forces in Seattle’s scene: Alex Flores of the Pleasure Over Matter crew and Interwave Surfer from Restless Planet Records. Expect a bit of the surreal from these two. This event is produced in partnership with Selector recordshop, our favorite destination for wax. So keep warm as winter digs in deeper and we look forward to celebrating with you at Kremwerk on December 2.
