Eazybaked, Distinct Motive & rSUN
ViViD & Rose Entertainment presents Exit 206: Orlando’s heaviest bass duo is bringing the low end to Seattle. Two of the most exciting names in bass music come together for one massive co-headline show. EAZYBAKED + DISTINCT MOTIVE join forces for a late-night warehouse session powered by VOID ACOUSTICS sound (in house 😉) and surrounded by high-performance supercars. Seattle, let’s run it. Known for their genre-bending sound, immersive live performances, and appearances at festivals like Lost Lands, Electric Forest, Wakaan, Bass Canyon, and Shambhala, EAZYBAKED and DISTINCT MOTIVE have become staples of the underground bass scene. From EAZYBAKED’s psychedelic, wonky sound design to DISTINCT MOTIVE’s low-end and deep dubstep, this pairing delivers a dope night.
Eazybaked: Emerging from America’s grassroots electronic scene, EAZYBAKED is compelling listeners and contemporaries with its charismatic, contemporary take on Bass music. Eric Ray and Andrew Principe’s bond dates back 15 years to childhood playgrounds. Following their discovery of DAWs in Senior year of highschool, the two began making beats together daily under the monikers ‘EAZY’ and ‘Mr. Baked.’ Recognizing their chemistry and ability to cocreate, Principe and Ray joined forces to become one as EAZYBAKED. Inspired by acts like Flume, Tsuruda, and Mr Carmack, the two have created a sonic identity that is experimental, raw, and honest. They first emerged alongside Lost Dogz collective acts like sumthin’ sumthin’ and Player Dave. Today, EAZYBAKED has become a household name across the nationwide Bass scene by pushing underground music and its sonic boundaries.
Distinct Motive: Distinct Motive is a Canadian producer/DJ creating explorative, visceral bass music for the masses. He quickly made a name for himself with his dark and minimal production style. Paying homage to the early aesthetic of dubstep while building a sound unique unto himself, he has put his respective hometown of Toronto on the map in international bass music circles, advocating for the original, dub-influenced side of dubstep to elated audiences across North America and Europe.
