Goopsteppa
Goopsteppa: Goopsteppa is the music of multi-faceted artist Alex E based in the mountain ranges of BC. His project is well known and celebrated for being a unique rendition of bass music with lush soundscapes and textures, drawing influences from multiple genres but confined to none. Goopsteppa’s unique sets take the listener on a journey through space and bass, exploring dreamy realms, invoking emotion and movement while keeping the dance moving with thick low-end and crisp beats.
His prolific catalog features tracks ranging from lush downtempo vibes and emotive beats, to bass heavy dance floor movers, bouncy hip-hop and deep 140 vibes. Goopsteppa has been known to perform unique sets at many hours, in many settings across the world including events far flung in the tropics of Costa Rica, to the megalopolis centers of New York. Goopsteppa regularly sells out events across the United States and Canada, performing prolific sets in the jungles, in the desert, in the sprawling cities across the country.
