The Gaslamp Killer
Prodigious beat juggler & key figurehead of the L.A. beat scene, The Gaslamp Killer, is coming to Substation to perform a special elevated 360 stage (aka boiler room style) party with our friends Human Error// THIS Halloween. Stage design by Human Error Collective. Support by the always-brilliant Hünter.
The Gaslamp Killer: The Gaslamp Killer (William Bensussen), Los Angeles based DJ/Producer, Low End Theorist, and Airplane Mode resident, is not your conventional artist. What separates him from the rest of the herd is his extensive knowledge in library music, psychedelic rock, bass-heavy Instrumental Hip-Hop, Middle-Eastern/Indian rare grooves, Afro Latin beats, and the dirtiest breakbeats on earth. Expect an international smorgasbord of world class wonders featuring instrumental bugged out beats, Turkish delights, Arabic anomalies, Italian intricacies, French fantasy, Brazilian bangers, tons of psychedelic fuzz, phenomenal funk, tormented soul and electronic madness of all manners!
