The official rules link goes to a blank page. Even after allowing pop ups on both pages and the pop window, itself…the rules page is blank.

I’m just wondering when does the contest end? And is the winner notified via email, since that’s (thankfully) the main point of entry (thankfully because I don’t have Facebook)?
