The 10th Anniversary Edition of the Decibel International Festival of Electronic Music Performance, Visual Art and New Media will be taking place September 25th through the 29th across Seattle. The first of three artist announcements will be coming in March. With over 26,000 people in attendance, the 2012 Decibel Festival was a resounding success. To think that our little festival started out with just 2,500 attendees in 2004 gives us hope in the future of leading-edge, multimedia art in North America.
